Studio Policies

Upon registration, you will receive a full guide of our Policies and Procedures. Please hold on to this for your reference as it contains important information and dates.

Registration: There will be a $25, non-refundable registration fee per student.
Tuition: Tuition is due the first class of every month. There will be a $10 late fee applied to your account for tuition payments made after the 15th of each month. Tuition is a yearly fee that we allow to be broken down into ten month payments or can be paid in full. May and June tuition are due by May 1. If your account is delinquent for more then a month, your child will be unable to participate in class until the account is paid up to date.
Special Discounts: We offer discounts for multiple classes per account, please contact us to learn more on how to SAVE!
Dress Code: Proper attire must be worn for each class, see the complete dress code in your policies and procedures guide.
Make-Up Classes: There are no refunds for classes that are missed (ie: sick, on vacation, inclement weather); however, make up classes are available for all students up to one month from that missed class. Please ask the receptionist for a comparable class available.
Returned Check Fee: There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
Recital Costumes: Costume costs are broken down into 2 payments during the year. Deposits are due by November 1. Costumes will not be ordered without deposits. Costume balances will then be due by February 1.
